In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may
return it for an exchange or refund. All items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date that the
order was shipped out to you. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Since this is a small business, any used products will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds. If you choose to exchange, once the products are received, we will process the exchange within 2-4 days. If you are requesting a refund, please allow 2-4 days to process the refund, and allow 5-7 days for the funds to be shown. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions.
